Thomas Graffagnino

Thomas Graffagnino joined The Executive Compensation Group in 2010. Prior to joining ECG, he served as an associate with M Holdings Securities, Inc., M Financial Group’s exclusive Broker/Dealer, where he provided brokerage and investment advisory services and support to M Member Firms. This valuable experience included time with the M Securities Resources team, during which he helped Member Firms transition to the Broker/Dealer and worked closely with mutual fund companies to establish and update selling agreements for Registered Representatives.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with focus on both finance and entrepreneurship, from the University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida, Thomas was a position-holding member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the nation’s oldest professional business fraternity. Thomas maintains his Series 7 license.

Thomas is a member of the Daytona Beach Young Professionals Group and an active supporter of the American Cancer Society of Central Florida.
